England - Yorkshire to Peak District

We noticed a lot of cars parked so stopped at what looked like the start of a walking trail. The walk followed a slalom course down the white water sections of the River Derwent and every now and then we got a glimpse of the competitors in their colourful kayaks. There were a few good vantage points along the way.
